from the desk of: dennis heenan, saint paul mn re: special superhero report take a moment to think about the last time you spent more than 45-minutes in the gym working out? was it yesterday? last week? ten minutes before reading this? whatever the case, what if i were to tell you that you might be completely wasting your time and may be hurting your fat burning efforts
fact: you may be working out harder and longer than everyone you know, but you still don't have the results you desire, right?
you probably see other guys and gals at the gym who have the lean, defined physiques that you want, but for some reason you just can't seem to get there
